What is your turnaround time?
Generally speaking, you would have your brand new, highly functional website up and running in just 2-4 weeks of signing up with us. However, this would also involve you having to give us your website logo, images you want to use and any other content your site would require in time. We make sure your business goes online in style as soon as possible!
How does your pricing structure work?
We stand out as an affordable website design service for financial businesses. We work on an affordable monthly pricing model. When you first sign up with us, you will be charged an initial one-time cost for designing your website as well as covering your licensing fee. From the next month we only charge your card a monthly recurring fee. This will be an affordable monthly cost for the maintenance and upkeep of your site. If you have custom requests for any month you will be charged for that separately.
What does your basic package offer?
You get a robust online growth system in the form of a new website for your business on our basic plan that costs just $147 per month. You will get a functional, fast and SEO-optimized website. In addition, it will be optimized for mobile devices, integrated with Google Analytics, set up on WordPress for making it easy for you to manage, a blogging section on your site, 7-day support for any queries, issues or questions you may have, optimized website hosting and even an SSL certificate to ensure the best in terms of security on your site.
Do you take care of the email accounts?
We can take care of smaller email needs and integrate your email accounts with your domain name for $6 per user per month. However, if you need a full-service email experience, you would be better off checking out Google G-Suite.
Why do you have a subscription payment model?
A subscription payment model is essential because while designing a website is a one-time thing, maintaining and updating it isn’t. There are newer updates coming up all the time, and crucial changes that you need to make to your website from time to time as well. We have a subscription payment model to perform all kinds of updates, make important changes, take care of any technical issues that may arise, as well as any other support you may need with your website.
How does the process work after signing up?
Once you sign up, we waste no time in starting to build you a clean, professional and conversion-focused website. We first request you to send us the logo, images and content you would like to use, and then take things from there. We make sure your website is optimized to both convert your visitors into customers as well as for search engines to bring you targeted visitors to your site. Is there an option to cancel early?
Although it’s super rare for us to see a client go but if for some reason you want to do that you would be charged a 50% cancelation fee for the agreement time that you still have remaining on your plan. Your website will then be deleted within 2 weeks. If you want to move your site to your own host though, we can assist you with the transfer by charging you a one-time migration fee of $500 for transferring your database and other website files to you.
A note on loyalty bonus: Clients who complete their 24-month agreement with us and renew it for another 24 months become eligible for a complete revamp and upgrade of their site design for FREE.
What happens when my contract ends?
You can renew your contract to continue enjoying our professional support and hands-off website management for you. You also get a free website revamp like we explained above. If you want to migrate to your own host we will do it for you in a smooth way for a one-time migration fee of $500, but you will no longer have access to our expert support services and features.
Is it possible to use my own hosting provider?
As of now we do not allow the sites we design to be hosted on different hosting platforms. We use virtual private servers (VPS) to host the websites and we can assure you will have no trouble hosting with us.
How does CONTENT updates work?
A content update to your website by your end might take up a lot of your precious time, but it would typically take our team less than 30 minutes to do. You can send us as many of those as you'd like during the month and we'll take care of them for you. All you need to do is send in the things that you want to get posted like, a blog or updating content on a page, additional images into a gallery, adding FAQs, and if you want to remove a team member, add an item to your online store, etc. You need to provide those items to our team for us to get it done, for you.
NOTE: If we find something in your ticket will take up an additional section on your page that will require one of our designers or developers, we will let you know along with an estimate up-front to take care of that for you!
What all is included in Monthly Website Maintenance?
Here is all that we do for you, and no, we are not making you count:
- We create an immediate backup of your website.
- Install the latest version of the WordPress Core as soon as it hits the market.
- We update all Plugins that are compatible with the WordPress Core you’re using.
- Update all Themes.
- We check your custom theme for conflicts.
- We check your console for any coding issues or security issues.
- Scan for malware is a must.
- We test the visual appearance of your website.
- Redeploy your upgraded site back to the production servers.
- Test your main contact form.
And all this is done on a regular basis to make sure your website runs on its optimal conditions.
Can't I just do the Maintenance myself?
You definitely could do it by yourself but it is not recommended. Firstly because, it’s a time taking task and you have better things to worry about, Secondly it’s because you might end up messing your entire website by just one click which could not be undone and you end up losing way more money when you get professional help to revamp it.
Our team has the expertise to work on websites, also we have special tools that make this process smooth and the knowledge of what to do when it doesn't go as planned. So give us the trouble of taking care of your website and you can take care of the other things.
Can anyone hack my website?
We design these maintenance plans to ensure to avoid that happening to your website but, it can happen. Sometimes you can be a target of an exploit that is unknown at the time that we’re doing maintenance on your website. But if that does happen we will be by your side to solve your issues and we’ll make sure that we get your site restored to a recent backup with the malware is removed.
How do you store backups?
Our backups are stored in a cloud, we also have a local version made up of your website. So at any given point, we have 3 versions of your site that we can pull from in the time of need.
You will have access to our support team via HelpDesk and email and if you need any additions to your website not covered in your maintenance package then we will let you know along with an estimate up-front to take care of that for you!
Do I have any restrictions on the content I can host?
We require you to meet terms with our content rules, while we do not actively oversee your website content, we also DO NOT ALLOW the hosting of pornographic, racist, sexist, or violent materials. If we’ve chosen to work together then it’s not likely to be the issue. If we are made aware of any such issues with compliance with this, then we reserve the right to provide you a site backup and shut you down.
Do I need my own domain name?
Yes, we can help you get this set up and we can work with your existing domain name provider. We are not a domain registrar company.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes it will. All the websites we design work on all devices. Depending on your requirements we can design and develop your site using responsive design so that the site is optimised for mobile devices.
Do you do ecommerce/Online Store websites?
We sure do in our Enterprise plan!
